Welcome to General Biology

General Course Information

My General Biology courses are taught asynchronously online, which means there are NO class meetings (no in-person meetings and no synchronous online meetings).  Course content is delivered in Canvas, the LMS we use at Southwestern College.

In-Person Biology Lab is REQUIRED

While the lecture course is completely online, the co-requisite course is Biology 101 and is offered in-person ONLY.  If you try to register for Biology 100 without Biology 101, the system will not allow you to complete registration.
